‘School of Rock’ cast reunites for stars' wedding
Two stars from the film "School of Rock" recently got married and celebrated the special occasion with their fellow costars from the 2003 movie.
Caitlin Hale and Angelo Massagli, who starred as Marta and Frankie, tied the knot and one of the costars, Rivkah Reyes, who played Katie, posted a video on TikTok of the wedding.
The couple got married on Jan. 4 at the Park Château Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey, according to the New York Post.
Entertainment Weekly reported that the social post features several of the "School of Rock" cast, including Brian Falduto, Joey Gaydos Jr., Reyes, Robert Tsai, Maryam Hassan, Aleisha Allen, and Cole Hawkins.
Hale and Massagli met as kids on set while filming "School of Rock." And when production for the movie ended, the duo and their kid costars stayed in touch via a group chat.
The New York Post reported that Massagli and Hale left the acting world for new careers. Massagli is a lawyer working as a music product counsel for TikTok and Hale is an OB-GYN sonographer. The duo reconnected in 2018 while they were both pursuing degrees at colleges in Florida.
Hale and Massagli moved to the New York area in 2019, and the New York Post reported that he proposed to Hale in 2023.
