"I have been at a complete loss. Nothing about the past few days have felt real," she wrote on her Instagram story Friday. (Instagram stories disappear after 24 hours.)

"Liam, my angel. You are everything. I want you to know I loved you unconditionally and completely. I will continue to love you for the rest of my life," she continued.

Cassidy, a 25-year-old model and influencer, was with Payne in Bueno Aires, Argentina, just days before he died Wednesday after falling from the third floor of his hotel room balcony.

"I ask and pray that you'll give me the grace and space to navigate this in private," Cassidy wrote on social media.

Shortly before his death, a manager at the hotel called 911 and requested assistance with a guest who was "way too drunk with drugs and alcohol."

"When the guest is conscious, he is breaking everything in the room. And we need you to send someone, please," the manager said in the call.

"We need you to send someone with urgency because I don’t know if his life is in danger because the guest is in a room with a balcony, and we are a bit afraid he could do something that threatens his life."

Payne, 31, was found dead in the hotel’s courtyard. An autopsy report concludes Payne died from polytrauma and an external hemorrhage. His toxicology report has not been released.
