3 weeks out from Election Day

Early voting begins across several states with 20 days left until Election Day. Political analyst Rich Rubino joined LiveNOW from FOX to discuss the latest political headlines.

With three weeks to go until Election Day Nov. 5, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump remain in a heated – and much too close to predict – race, according to the latest polls.

Harris has maintained an edge nationally, but polls show Trump ahead in six of the seven swing states that will decide the election. All the polls are extremely close and within the margin of error.

Both Harris and Trump are scrambling to win over and turn out Black voters, women and other key constituencies in what looks to be a razor-tight election. A coalition of Republicans backing Harris will campaign with the Democratic presidential nominee in pivotal Pennsylvania before she sits down with Fox News for an interview airing at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Trump, meanwhile, will appear on TV Wednesday in two town halls — one with a woman-only audience that Fox News Channel recorded Tuesday, and the other with Hispanics, hosted by Univision, the nation’s largest Spanish-language television network.

What do national polls say?

Of the five national polls released Wednesday, Oct. 16, Harris is ahead in all but the Marquette Law School poll, which has Harris and Trump tied.
